Monitor and optimize workflow for efficiency. Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Uphold and enhance the café’s reputation for exceptional service and ambiance. Financial Management: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets. Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee cash handling procedures. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns that align with the café’s theme. Identify opportunities to boost customer engagement and drive traffic. Requirements: Proven experience as a restaurant or café manager. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Passion for desserts and themed dining concepts. Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial management.
