The Community Services Directorate's (CSD's) Housing Assistance Division is seeking expressions of interest from organised and motivated individuals to fill the position of Senior Director, Infrastructure Delivery team within the Infrastructure and Contracts Branch. The Senior Director, Infrastructure Delivery leads the Housing Assistance team to deliver capital works on behalf of the Commissioner for Social Housing and the ACT Government, including delivering the Growing and Renewing Public Housing (GaRPH) program. Eligibility / Other Requirements : Mandatory : Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management, or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or hold a relevant building degree; or have significant building or infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience. Desirable : Experience in managing Design & Construct, and/or the General Contract 21 (GC21) forms of contract. Notes : Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
