Responsibilities
- Accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of all cars.
- Support the Workshop Controller in the running of the Luxury Car facility.
- Detect and diagnose faults and establish work required.
- Deal with all customers directly in a customer-facing role and fulfill all tasks to completion.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, manufacturer, and industry standards.
- Meet all deadlines as set by your line manager, the company, or the manufacturer.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Attention to detail to ensure precision in repairs and servicing.
- Effective communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders and accessing technical documentation.
