Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced **Inventory Executive** to manage our catering operations' inventory effectively. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling inventory for a catering company serving 10,000 meals daily and be proficient in Excel or any inventory management software. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and oversee the inventory of raw materials, kitchen supplies, and other essentials required for catering operations. - Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service for large-scale meal production. - Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. - Maintain accurate records of inventory using Excel or inventory management software. - Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and wastage. - Generate reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and procurement planning. Key Requirements : - Proven experience in inventory management within a corporate catering company or a similar field. - Have Knowledge on Intend. - Hands-on experience managing inventory for large-scale operations (10,000+ meals per day). - Proficiency in Excel and/or inventory management software. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to join immediately.
