Job Responsibilities
- Drive the efficient processing of training grant claims, ensuring all submissions comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to maintain accuracy and timeliness in claims operations.
- Implement training grant claims processes by verifying claims documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, and approving claims to meet the company’s client charter timelines.
- Track claims status and follow up on pending submissions by communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure claims are processed within the timelines outlined in the client charter.
Compliance with Regulations
- Review and cross-check claims documents for regulatory compliance to ensure accuracy before submission for approval.
- Communicate compliance issues by reporting findings to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely corrective action and adherence to regulations.
Data Analysis and Report Preparation
- Prepare monthly claims data by gathering and organizing information to support the team in creating performance reports.
- Identify and highlight any data discrepancies during collection to assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity in claims reporting.
Customer Education and Briefings
- Conduct briefing sessions by providing basic information on the claims process and answering inquiries to ensure clear understanding of submission guidelines, reducing errors and delays in claim submissions.
- Provide responses to basic customer inquiries on claims processing by offering timely and accurate guidance, ensuring smoother submissions and improved customer satisfaction.
Policy Adherence for Claims
- Follow and implement approved policies related to employer grants and claims by reviewing documentation and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Address policy application issues by flagging any inconsistencies in claims processing to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related disciplines.
- 1 – 5 years of working experience especially in claims processing environments.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Willing to work in the Klang Valley Office.
