Duties & Responsibilities
- Branding - maintaining and increasing the positive brand awareness of Röhlig within the SEA marketplace.
- Development of strategic local marketing functions and objectives in collaboration with the sales management locally and regionally.
- Control and monitoring of the Regional SEA assigned BU’s in the implementation of marketing plans and ongoing development and evaluation of existing instruments (for example presentations, exhibitions, LinkedIn, etc).
- Capacity Planning for the Regional SEA assigned BU’s to ensure the timely completion of the materials required.
- Single point of contact for the Regional assigned BU’s collaboration on their local marketing requirements.
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute it in online and offline channels.
- Maintain continuous development of communication and marketing materials, including the marketing “library” of presentations, regional presentations, sales presentations, sales toolkits, campaign tools (Cargowise 1), flyers, and notifications specific to the SEA region.
- Commercial - work closely with the commercial team to increase sales confidence, branding support, and success ratio on new business penetration.
- Communication - maintain high-level communication with partners, clients, staff, product managers, and any other external vendor or client via customer advisories, compiling monthly operations status reports.
- Conduct market surveys and updates for the SEA region.
- Maintain and update the SEA region’s Google business profile.
- Create and send out e-newsletters with company updates.
Job Requirements
- Previous marketing experience within varied industries.
- Keen eye for detail combined with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to develop ideas and collaborate with a team.
- Good communication skills and experience in dealing with different hierarchical levels and cultures.
- Ability and initiative to flourish in an autonomous role.
- Proven high level of problem-solving acumen.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing channels like LinkedIn as well as printing and exhibitions.
