We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the logistics and supply chain industry. As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within our distribution center, ensuring that all critical processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be essential in managing a diverse workforce and coordinating various warehousing, inventory management, and shipping operations tasks. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, enhancing productivity, and achieving operational goals while focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling them to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the distribution center to ensure efficient processing of shipments.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve optimal performance levels.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing discrepancies.
Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and transportation, to facilitate seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe work environment.
Analyze performance metrics and develop reports to track progress against operational goals.

Skills Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
