Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Present compelling value propositions, negotiate terms to finalize agreements, and ensure a seamless handover of closed accounts to the implementation sales team;
  • Customize pitches to address specific client needs and pain points, effectively communicating value propositions;
  • Implement effective closing strategies to secure high-stakes deals and achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas;
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust and consistent flow of opportunities;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine closing techniques;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and strategies;
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management;
  • Track, analyze, and interpret closing rates and other key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making;
  • Any other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that you have:
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant sales & SaaS experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market, including key industry trends, cultural nuances, and local business practices;
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales profession;
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals;
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members;
  • Proactive attitude towards professional growth and skill enhancement;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets;
  • Adaptability to various challenges and changing priorities;
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
It will be considered a big plus if you have:
  • International experience;
  • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups.
