Arabic speaker Waiter / Waitress

Al Sedra Bahrain is currently looking for an Arabic speaker Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Waiter / Waitress will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the tasks to the highest standards. A Waiter / Waitress works on behalf of our Guests and collaborates with other Team Members. 7. Ensure dishes are correctly brought to the guest in a timely manner
8. Assist with the daily table-setting and Mise en Place
9. Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of each assigned table
10. Responsible for checking the food served (i.e., portion size, presentation & correct order)
11. Responsible for serving dishes before and clearing dishes after each course
12. Responsible for the satisfaction of all guests assigned to you for the duration of their stay in the restaurant
13. Report all issues and complaints to the Captain Waiter
14. Obey hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness regulations in accordance with SOP
15. Assist the Captain Waiter as required
16. Follow all instructions as directed by management
17. Maintain a clean and hygienic work area at all times
18. Operate in accordance with SOP at all times
19. Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings as requested by management
20. Be fully aware of the licensing regulations and abide by these rules
21. Be fully aware of fire and safety regulations
22. Always take initiative to help others
23. Always be present on your assigned section within the restaurant floor

• At least 2 years experience in a related field & must have knowledge of Food and Beverage

• F & B Service: 2 years (Preferred)

• Arabic (Required)
