Human Resources Strategy
Responsibilities:- Identifying chemical, physical, radiation, and biological hazards in the work environment and sites.
- Measuring and examining lighting, ventilation, and noise levels, and recommending corrective measures.
- Monitoring and following up on industrial waste disposal procedures to avoid environmental health effects.
- Designing programs to prevent or avoid occupational diseases.
- Preparing and preserving documents and reports related to occupational health.
- Referring workers for periodic medical examinations to ensure they are not affected by occupational diseases.
- Developing work methods and procedures in line with advancements in occupational health.
- Ensuring the application of public safety principles and rules while performing various occupational health tasks.
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Skills in teamwork, analytical thinking, effective communication, and focus on service quality.
- Knowledge of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
