Minimum Requirements:Excellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesAt least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial roleDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another similar fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure.Job Role:Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that are in line with the company's overall business strategyPropose changes to the compensation and benefits policies according to current market trends and the company's needsCompile and present HR operational reports according to the set scheduleMonitor internal HR systems and databasesEnsure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
