Junior Data Analyst (Excel Specialist)

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel to join our (team/department). The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis, and utilizing Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables to create meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business operations and decision-making.
• Use Excel tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to manipulate, clean, and summarize data.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from datasets.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.
• A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of data cleaning and data integrity principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with additional Excel tools (e.g., Power Query, Macros) is a plus.
