Your new role As Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence. Reporting to the GM and Board, you’ll prepare financial reports, manage budgets, oversee audits, and lead the Finance team. You’ll contribute to strategic planning, ensuring compliance and maximising profitability while supporting a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers significant scope to impact the organisation’s future direction. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in financial management in a commercial environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or Finance with CPA/CA accreditation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in statutory compliance, stakeholder management, and SAP (desirable).
• Eligibility for Defence security clearances.
