• A linear management structure where you can talk to the managing director, construction manager, and project manager as equals. This is how they run their business: they treat everyone as partners, not direct reports.

What they’re looking for

• Someone who knows construction from all sorts of backgrounds and hasn't specialised. This means you've administered and learned a lot from several projects of different scopes.
• Someone who’s been a contract administrator for at least three to five years and knows the intricacies of the position so that you can communicate easily with your PM, who you'd have across all your projects.
• Someone who likes a variety of projects from all different sectors and can administrate two or three at a time.
