IT Manager - Supply Chain

Milestone IT is proud to partner with a leading nationwide retail chain to find a talented and experienced IT Manager for their Supply Chain division. The Opportunity: In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between the Supply Chain organization and IT functions. You'll play a key role in driving the delivery of technology solutions that are critical to the success of their Supply Chain & Procurement strategy. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the Delivery of Technology Solutions: Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that streamline and optimize Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
• Strategic IT Guidance: Advise Supply Chain leadership on the technical aspects of new technology solutions, providing option analysis, vendor selection, and implementation plans.
• Project Management: Manage and oversee IT projects within the Supply Chain domain, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring they deliver best-in-class solutions and support.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Monitor and research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing IT projects.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
