Talent 360 is now hiring HR Generalist to join our stars team: Job Scope * Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. * Responsible for Recruitment requests. * Responsible for employee relations tasks. * Assist in Organization Development tasks. * Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. * Perform orientations and update records of new staff. * Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports. * Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Job Requirements: * 1-3 Years of Experience in Human resources field. * Bachelor's degree in business or related field. * Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. * Efficient HR administration and people management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
