QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related course
- With at least 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing or business development. Has a background in sand and gravel industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. With ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Google suite
- Willing to travel within Davao Region, with driver's license and motorcycle
