A rewarding and challenging role within a leading organization. Key Responsibilities: Support the creation of the Annual and Sustainability Reports. Monitor and report on the company’s sustainability performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards. Engage with ESG analysts, rating agencies, and manage disclosures. Develop and produce investor relations materials such as press releases, presentations, and website content. Plan and execute key investor events, including AGMs and conferences. Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of important events. Conduct daily news scans and provide market updates. Maintain and upload company announcements to the website. Requirements: Degree in Sustainability, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience, including investor relations and corporate communications. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainability/finance is a plus. Resourceful, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
