Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistic Service Provider Position Title: Operation Executive (Warehouse Management) Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided) Working Hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.45 pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + Allowance + Incentive + AWS + Variable bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Supervising warehouse operations, including deployment of operators and equipment, inventory management, and reporting function. Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from customers. Month-end stock take and reconciliation of inventory. Lead, develop, and supervise a team of workers (below 20 staff) to support the activities of the company. Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements. Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity. Minimum Requirements Min. Diploma in Logistics Management Min. 3 years of working experience in Warehouse Operational Management, especially in managing warehouse/logistics operations such as inventory management and material reconciliation, Warehouse space utilisation/optimisation, Safety and compliance, Staff supervision, Warehouse Technology Strong in managing teams and excellent manpower deployment & optimization skills Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel Those with over certain years of relevant experience will be eligible for consideration for a Senior Operation Executive role Application Process Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
