FIELD SUPPORT & SERVICE ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN Positions for Field Engineer or Technician available. Summary Basic IT knowledge / Technical Skill Knowledge of Audio-Visual, P.A / System advantage Upgrading of skills opportunities Responsibilities After sales maintenance support Carry out troubleshooting, basic repair or rectification and servicing jobs on AV/ IT hardware and software Manage preventive / comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation and commissioning of AV Systems & Solutions Assist Technical Manager or Superior for all tasks and duties Assist in handling projects Provide Engineering & Application Support to Sales & Technical Team Field support for installation and cabling works on site as necessary Responsible for system set-up, Testing & Commissioning Prepare SOP & Guides for customers as required, including Training to users Project Management Assist in System Programming Proficiency in troubleshooting Audio-Visual and IT related systems deployed Any other Technical roles & responsibilities as necessary Requirements Hardworking, willing to learn, and positive attitude Willingness to work overtime (will be compensated accordingly) Able to work independently Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week (Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.00pm / Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm) Possess Class 2/3 preferred Depending on experience & qualifications, candidates will be offered Field Engineer and Field Technician positions, along with competitive salary & benefits accordingly.
