Job Title: Project Controller - Middle EastLocation: Based in Riyadh, KSACompany Overview:At the helm of the Energy Transition, TRACTEBEL provides a full range of services throughout the life cycle of its clients' projects. As one of the world's largest engineering consultancy companies, we offer multidisciplinary solutions in energy, water, and infrastructure.Roles and Responsibilities:Support the FC/CFO for the deployment and integration of the finance organization within the Middle East.Support and challenge project managers on their project's performance.Review project status with budget and available estimates.Work with entities to produce monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements, KPIs, and budgets.Knowledge of financial reporting systems and understanding of CFO instructions impacting Project Controls.Be accountable for timely and qualitative statutory reporting processes.Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable on a timely basis.Analyze SG&A, Working capital, CFFO, bonds, risks and opportunities, and foreign exchange impacts.Contribute to the assessment of new regulations regarding finance, accounting, and tax matters.Ensure compliance with finance & accounting policies of the Engie Tractebel group.Assist in defining procedures for Business Development related to project accounting.Qualifications:University degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.Additional training or degrees (CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA) are an asset.Experience and Skills:Minimum 4 years' experience in Finance (Business Control/Accounting/Consolidation/Internal Audit).Consulting experience is preferable.Able to generate budgets and reports.Familiar with complex organizations (multicultural, wide geographical scope).Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.Able to manage shifting priorities in a stressful environment.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong team player with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong presentation skills.Business Understanding:Knowledge of Engineering consultancy activities (e.g., Power Generation, T&D, Energy Transition, Urban).Language:Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, or German is a plus.Location/Travel:Based in Riyadh, KSA; travel may be required within the Middle East region.
