Looking for Head Nurse at International Medical Center in KSACompany - International Medical CenterRequired Experience - Minimum of 7 years progressive post-graduate experience with 2 years recent acute hospital experience as Head Nurse/Senior Nursing post (Essential), and previous experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.Job DescriptionDesignation:Head Nurse - SurgicalHead Nurse - NICUHead Nurse - ORHead Nurse - L&DIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeResponsibilities: Under the direction of the Assistance Nursing Director, assume twenty-four hour responsibility for managing the human and material resources of the assigned unit. Lead and manage the provision of high quality nursing care, in an environment that fosters and encourages staff growth and both patient and staff satisfaction. Develop and implement the nursing operational plan within the unit aligned with nursing strategy to achieve the IMC mission & Vision.
