Job Description - SUPERVISOR - CIVIL (240001NV)DescriptionResponsible to organise and execute the works within the purview of the designated area of operations to ensure smooth operation of all Civil Engineering Services meeting complete satisfaction of Clients & End users.Coordinate and control day to day operation of the workshop/jobsite under instruction from the supervisor.Execute scheduled maintenance & repair works of all Civil Engineering Services including masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing & infrastructure services within the assigned operational area.Prepare daily job allocations for the reporting team and send to Operations on previous day for next day's scheduling.Organise required parts & materials and arrange to deliver to worksite on time.Provide hands-on support for major rectification works when required.Complete daily work orders and submit to Supervisor for verification/approval as required.Submit day's progress summary report to Supervisor.Submit actual daily time allocation sheets of reporting staff to operations for MAXIMO entries.Responsible for cleanliness of vehicles, coordinating and submitting daily vehicle log sheets of assigned vehicles to Admin.Prepare cost estimates for variation works when required.Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster.Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE.Assist in condition surveys/snapping works of all Civil Engineering Services when required.Comply with company's EHS & Q regulations.Provide guidance and mentoring of all direct reports.Liaise with clients, end users, suppliers & contractors as required in the execution of Imdaad service contracts.Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned from time to time.Deputize for the Supervisor in his absence and/or when required.QualificationsEducation/Qualifications2 year ITI is a must.3 year Diploma is desirable.Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.7-9 years relevant experience.People Management Skills, problem-solving skills, and delegation skills.Numerical Ability, Result Orientation, and Planning & Organizing skills.Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
