Build on something that matters!Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnelEnsure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, guidelines and proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activitiesProvide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the projectParticipate in Constructability and 3D model review sessionsBuild and Manage effective Construction teamsEnsure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedulesMaintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project teamManage the RFI and change order process in the fieldAssist with the preparation of change ordersMaintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impactsMaintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activitiesQualificationsBSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical)Total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience for min. 7 years in the Oil & Gas Projects.Deep understanding and knowledge with construction management systems, processes and toolsExperience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or any equivalent) is highly preferable.Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
