Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage and execute all HR activities within the company, including recruitment, training, performance management, and resolving employee issues. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field and a good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include payroll preparation, organizing files, managing insurance programs and benefits, and ensuring proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
