We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cleaning Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Assistant Cleaning Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. - Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
- Being a responsible key holder
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH
- Excellent people management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in carrying out monitoring of quality standards/audits
- IT literate
- Passion for training and leading a team
- Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements including attending meetings
