- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or Masters degree in Finance preferred
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 57 years of experience in corporate finance or related field
- Proven experience in managing financial teams
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Expertise in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning
- Proficiency in risk management and compliance
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial software
