Leasing Manager

Job Title : Senior Associate / AVP (Based on Experience) Reporting to : Senior Vice President Location : Bangalore CTC : Flexible as per Candidate Experience Our client, a leading pan-India real estate developer headquartered in Bangalore, is expanding its Industries and Logistics team and is seeking talented and qualified professionals to join their dynamic organization. Experience & Responsibilities Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial/Logistics leasing.
• Strong industry and broker network.
• Basic knowledge of land sourcing is essential.
• Preference for candidates domiciled in Bangalore.

1. Broker and Tenant Relationships :

• Maintain consistent communication with brokers, consultants, and tenants to ensure timely execution of leases, amendments, temporary leases, and terminations as needed.

1. Lease Management :

• Drive leasing closures and coordinate with internal departments for documentation and outreach activities.
• Manage lead generation, evaluate lease or outright offers, negotiate terms and commercials, and achieve deal closure.

1. Market Analysis and Feasibility :

• Create leasing feasibility analyses, market surveys, and projections during property acquisition due diligence periods.
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and analyze trends to provide insights for leasing strategies.

1. Tenant Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships with major tenants and prospective clients in the region.

1. Brand Promotion :

• Represent and promote the company’s brand and project offerings at international symposiums, domestic exhibitions, and other relevant platforms.

• Proven ability to summarize and analyze market data to drive leasing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Enthusiasm to collaborate across teams and represent the organization in high-profile forums.
