This role involves ensuring efficient handling of passenger services, ticketing, reservations, cancellations, and flight operations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities :

• .Ticket booking, cancellation, flight delays over voice
• Solving queries related to Refund and baggage’s
• Informing customers the flight details
