Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
- Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
- Obtain approval of the concept by submitting rough layouts for approval.
- Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing the data.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
- Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
- Collaborate with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
- Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.
- Creating KVs, understanding font styles, elements etc.
- Need to be aware of the use of emerging AI technologies such as MIdjourney, FireFly etc.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and guide the junior visualizers.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
- Excellent design and artistic abilities.
- Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.
- Great time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
