About the role Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore. Role Responsibilities: Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for the built-environment sector in Singapore. Establish and maintain good relationships with consultants, key accounts, and identify business opportunities through customer visitation. Manage individual sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts. Support customers in HVAC system design by providing technical support with Carrier’s wide range of sustainable solutions (Chillers, VRF, Airside). Identify opportunities for campaigns and services, using knowledge of the market and competitors, and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, providing updates to owners & consultants. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events, and attend company meetings. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Science preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Good communication and a willingness to learn. Likes to network and solve problems. Previous experience in HVAC fields will be preferred. Training is provided.
