SharePoint Developer

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to collaborate with the SharePoint Architect in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for our SharePoint migration and customization projects. The SharePoint Developer will focus on building and optimizing custom functionalities, workflows, and solutions to enhance the organization's SharePoint Online environment. Responsibilities :

• Development and Customization: Develop and customize applications, web parts, and workflows on SharePoint Online.
• Implement custom branding, including Page Layouts and Master Pages.
• Migration Support: Assist in the content migration process from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
• Ensure seamless integration of custom applications and solutions during migration.
• Feature Implementation: Develop and implement approval workflows, batch jobs, and event receiver functionalities on SharePoint Online.
• Provide innovative solutions to address product limitations in SharePoint Online.
• Collaboration with the Architect: Work closely with the SharePoint Architect to analyze existing customizations and propose out-of-the-box or custom solutions.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of future change requests for applications on SharePoint Online.
• Testing and Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and solutions for future reference.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and migration from on-prem to SharePoint online environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Proficiency in client-side technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) for workflow automation and app development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience with migration tools like ShareGate or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, CSOM, and PnP provisioning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with governance and compliance in SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with SharePoint.
• SharePoint-related certifications are a plus.
