Here, we are looking for an enthusiastic Regulatory Executive for our Plant at Dera Bassi, Chandigarh-Ambala, Highway, Mohali, Punjab- 140501 JOB SUMMARY Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on current food safety regulations and guidelines, including changes and interpretations
- Review product formulas, ingredients, labeling, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze regulatory impact on new product development and advise
- cross-functional teams accordingly
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Documentation and Submissions
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory documents to relevant authorities, including product specification, notifications, and label approvals
- Maintain comprehensive regulatory files with supporting documentation for product compliance
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding product information and compliance
- Internal Training and Communication
- Educate cross-functional teams on relevant food safety regulations and compliance procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory compliance for employees across different departments
- Communicate regulatory updates and critical information to key stakeholders within the company
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI etc.)
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Food Science, with minimum 2 years of extensive experience in the food industry in a relevant role
