Job Description Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to in-house company users (including regional offices) Manage servers, networks (LAN, WAN, VLANs and Wireless), computers, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, door access, software deployment, security updates and patches. Manage system and network security. Assist in IT requirements for onboarding and off-boarding of all employees. Provide professional recommendations for upgrades or modifications to IT systems. Manage IT inventory in store. Manage software license and domain renewals. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Windows (10/11/Server), VMware vSphere. Technically inclined and hands-on, keen to pick up new technology and skillsets. Knowledge of the SAP B1 system is advantageous but not a must. Knowledge or past experience in IoT implementation would be advantageous but not a must. Able to communicate effectively. Good attention to detail and ability to multitask. Candidate with strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and relevant experience can be considered for the manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
