KEY RESPONSIBILITY:* Responsible for design, survey & analysis of construction projects.* Measuring, directing, and monitoring project plans during each project phase.* Assessing the environmental impact to the project (Risk).* Drawing up blueprints using project management software.* Preparing bids for tenders.* Ensuring plans meet the client specifications.EXPERIENCE:1) 2 years and above.QUALIFICATION:1) Degree in Civil Engineering.IT SKILLS:1) MS Office: Word, Excel, and Access.2) Primavera 2 and advanced.3) MS Project an added advantage.SKILLS:* Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects in the process industry from "concept to commissioning stage."* Should have good working knowledge of design, procurement discipline deliverables and task work metrics, and construction/field services workflow processes.* Should have the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.* Exposure to construction planning work is desirable.* Preference for candidates with experience in consultancy firms.ABOUT THE COMPANY:Al Rajhi Company For Ironworks & Decoration is a leading company in Saudi Arabia dealing in steel works and decoration.
