With over 10,000+ customers and an ambitious trajectory toward global expansion, there's never been a better time to join Rewaa!Rewaa is looking for a Creative Lead responsible for shaping the creative direction, overseeing the creative team, and ensuring that design and content projects align with the company's branding and marketing objectives. This position requires artistic vision, strategic thinking, team leadership skills, and the ability to drive creative excellence.Key AccountabilitiesCreative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and communication goals. Define creative direction, themes, and visual style that resonate with the B2B target audience.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and other creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Project Oversight: Oversee the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.Creative Direction: Provide clear and inspiring creative direction for various design and content projects, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines, maintain consistency, and effectively communicate the company's messages.Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all creative work, ensuring that all creative assets reflect the company's identity.Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop creative concepts that effectively tell the company's story and engage the target audience.Quality Assurance: Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work, ensuring that it meets design and content quality standards.Art Direction: Oversee and guide the creation of visual assets, including photography, video, and multimedia, ensuring they align with the creative vision and strategy.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing professionals, product teams, and other stakeholders to create integrated, multimedia campaigns that effectively communicate the company's message.Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to inform and enhance the creative strategy and execution.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.+5 years of graphic design experience, including +1 year experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, etc.A strong portfolio of diverse design projects.Proficiency with design software is a must (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Knowledge of other design tools and techniques is a plus such as (3D, VFX, CGI, AI design techniques, etc.)Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate creative concepts.Creative mindset and storytelling skills.Understanding of data-driven creative design.Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% office job.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary.Stock Option Plan.Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children.GOSI registration.21 working days annual vacation.Alert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
