Job Description:Lawazen is seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Recruitment Specialist to identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers for our diverse product portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reseller network and driving business growth by forming strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential resellers and partners who align with Lawazen's product offerings and business goals.- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality resellers.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective onboarding processes.- Provide ongoing support and training to resellers to ensure their success.- Monitor and evaluate reseller performance, providing feedback and support as needed.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in partner recruitment, business development, or sales.- Strong understanding of the reseller market and distribution channels.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
