Qualification: Graduation/ MBA in Marketing Desired Skills: The candidate must possess good communication skills and MS-office skills. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in to Online Sales. Immediate Joiner Preferred Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate would be required to take up the following activities:

  • Will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Admissions Department.
  • Should be responsible for achieving the set target of student admission for the year for various online programs offered by the institute.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders for admissions like consultants, and other sources for lead generations.
  • Should be able to plan out strategies for meeting the targets and must be a go-getter.
  • Finding out new sources for student leads and conducting meetings with them.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates for the Online Program and courses.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to outreach teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to increase program visibility and attract prospective students.
  • Manage the admissions process from application review to final selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
  • Conduct information sessions, webinars, and outreach events to provide prospective students with insights into the program offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance, support, and information throughout the admissions process.
  • Coordinate with faculty, admissions committee members, and other stakeholders to review applications and make admission decisions.
  • Monitor admissions trends, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and motivations of working professionals seeking further education and career advancement opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using admissions management systems, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
