Head of Humanities - Selangor - Sri Kdu Sdn Bhd
Sri KDU International School Kota Damansara is seeking an innovative and dynamic Humanities Teacher to join our international secondary team. The successful candidate will develop and encourage the next generation of leaders from August 2025 onwards.Key Responsibilities
- Head the Humanities Department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Plan and deliver excellent learning and teaching with up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Cambridge International IGCSE Curriculum.
- Effectively assess, provide feedback, and report on student learning and progress.
- Demonstrate international-mindedness and global citizenship.
- Engage professionally in learning and with the community.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must possess a relevant education degree or a PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Cambridge International IGCSE Curriculum is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a high-quality British curriculum international school will be an advantage.
- Ability to teach History to IGCSE is essential.
