Freight Import Specialist

Job Description

• Receiving Pre-alerts for Air & ocean Freehand shpts from Agents
• Applying on System, issue invoices , inform customers , follow till delivered & updating agents.
• Arranging a daily reports to customers
• Negotiating with agents & shipping lines for import rates, quoting services to agents & clients < freight – door to door services .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Fluent English is required.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
• 3- 5 years experience is preferred 
• Age 27 -31 .
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Strong business and Admin acumen, including strong problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking and self-initiative;
