What You’ll Do Own the Numbers: Develop and deliver on ambitious revenue targets for Republic’s cutting-edge digital news platforms. Hunt for Opportunities : Identify, pitch, and close deals with new clients while building and strengthening relationships with existing ones. Drive Creativity in Sales : Craft innovative, tailored digital advertising solutions that deliver value to clients and align with Republic’s bold brand and editorial ethos. Be a Market Maverick : Stay ahead of market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to position Republic Digital as the go-to platform for advertisers. Collaborate & Execute : Work closely with business, broadcast, editorial, design and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of client campaigns which have the brand’s vision at its core. Analyze & Win : Use data-driven insights to refine pitches, optimize performance, and maximize ROI for clients. What We’re Looking For Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in *digital sales*, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Background in news media, content platforms or news-related platforms preferred.

• Solid understanding of digital advertising, audience behavior, and sales trends with the hunger to redefine the wheel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that inspire confidence and loyalty.
• Ability to turn creative ideas into revenue-generating campaigns for clients.

• Energetic, ambitious, and not afraid to push boundaries.
• A self-starter who thrives on challenges and takes pride in smashing targets.
