Sr. Manager - Real Estate Bangalore (Property Acquisition)

The key responsibilities are to: o Conduct regular market analysis and investigate availability of suitable sites for new centers. o Monitor market activity including key property deals, rent pricing, and trends in economic growth in various micro-markets o Network with brokers to maintain market awareness and develop key contacts in our target market areas. o Lead the preparation and maintenance of a database of available real estate opportunities. o Perform feasibility studies through site evaluation, business potential, catchment areas, competition analysis, average income & trends. o Perform financial & business analysis for properties under consideration o Meet with Property owners / brokers, initiate discussions, lead negotiations, up to finalization of identified properties. o Coordinate with Finance, Legal for activities related to the legal, techno-commercial contracts property feasibility and due diligence required. o Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Safety teams for activities related to handover of the property after finalization. o Maintain good relationships with existing landlords and coordinate with them
