Assistant Manager in the Recruitment and Onboarding department will be working on enhancing the recruitment processes and strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent. He/she will be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment, frontline staff recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization activities. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Staff Recruitment:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
  3. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if necessary, to fill positions in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Frontline Staff Recruitment:
  1. Implement innovative strategies to attract frontline staff, including but not limited to, job fairs, social media campaigns, and employee referrals.
  2. Conduct targeted outreach to universities, vocational schools, and other relevant institutions to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Evaluate and refine the frontline recruitment process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Onboarding and Mobilization:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the mobilization of new hires, including visa processing, accommodation arrangements, and orientation sessions.
  3. Monitor the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as needed.
Employer Branding Initiatives:
  1. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  2. Create compelling content for recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media posts, and career website updates.
Recruitment Process Enhancement:
  1. Review and streamline the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.
  2. Implement best practices in recruitment, including the use of technology and automation tools to streamline processes.
Data Analytics and Decision Making:
  1. Utilize data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve key performance indicators.
Education Qualification and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and onboarding processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  7. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
