Job Title: Florist (Female) Shop Location: Ajman, UAE Interview Location: Main Office at Sharjah, UAE Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative female Florist to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, with the skills to create beautiful arrangements for a variety of occasions. The role involves customer interaction, offering expert floral advice, and designing arrangements to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily sales
2. Provide exceptional customer service and floral design consultations
3. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
4. Manage flower inventory and ensure freshness of all products
5. Ensure timely completion and delivery of orders
6. Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques
7. Assist with shop merchandising and window displays

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
2. Strong artistic and design skills
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arranging techniques
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. High attention to detail and creativity
7. Flexible working hours, including weekends, as needed
8. Female candidates only
