Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrative works related to lease contracts (letters, queries, etc).
Responsible for the renewal of existing leased contracts on time and follow up for revenue collections.
Handling of LMS, AFE & Maximo Systems.
Responsible to manage record of leasing contracts and ensure all corresponding documents are valid in accordance with relevant authority guidelines.
Follow-up and coordination with concerned authorities to obtain approval/certification, verify all fields in reference to individuals and trade license applicable prior to generating Lease Agreement and Port Pass etc.
Preparation of operational information for Stevedoring billing.
Handling of bounced cheques situation and ensure to recover revenue with appropriate additional tariff fee. Assist Manager for legal cases related to defaulter's issues.
Assist Sales Manager to attract new customers.
Assist customers for property maintenance, maintain constant communication with service providers.
Ensure efficient front desk functions at the center, and attend all walk-in customers in reference to inquiry of property availability, upcoming vacancies, transferring and adding licenses etc.
Support operations officer with daily operational rounds, EHS inspection, monitor and minimize safety violations at operational areas.
Manage the process of accident/incidents damages through group insurance and claims.
Maintain awareness and comply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
