Helper/ Labor

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist skilled workers with various manual tasks, including carrying materials, tools, and equipment.
2. Help with the loading and unloading of materials at construction or warehouse sites.
3. Clean and prepare work areas to ensure safety and orderliness.
4. Handle basic manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
5. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist with other tasks as needed.
6. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on the job site.
8. Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
9. Perform general housekeeping tasks, ensuring that work areas remain clean and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Previous experience in manual labor or helper roles is preferred but not mandatory (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).
2. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
3. Basic knowledge of construction or warehouse tools and equipment is an advantage.
4. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction.
5. Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team-oriented environment.
6. Good communication skills and ability to understand instructions.
7. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different tasks as needed.
