Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement overall recruiting strategyResponsible for development & planning for long term recruitment strategies and manpower planningDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleSkillsMust be in QatarCan join immediately (preferred)Must have at least 4 years of Recruitment experienceBachelor's degree in HR or any related subjectMaster's qualification is an advantage
