Together, we push the boundaries, discover the uncharted and bring hospitality to new heights.YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:Inspire Holistic Wellness: Guide clients in deepening their mind-body connection through transformative yoga (various styles) and Pilates (mat and reformer) experiences with your expertise and subject-specific knowledge and certifications obtained, respecting members with specific goals or needs with a genuine dedication to excellence.Lead and Curate Excellence: In partnership with the management team, you play a pivotal role in planning and supervising yoga and pilates studio operations including projects, partnerships, operations and design of our signature group class and individualized exercise programs.Embrace Innovative Practices: Stay on the forefront of yoga and Pilates innovations, incorporating new techniques to keep sessions dynamic and inspiring. Understand the market and competition and develop class schedules and activities that set Asaya apart.Cultivate Mindful Communities: With a track record of experiences in transforming clients lifestyles and creating a following, foster a sense of community among clients, cultivating a supportive environment for their yoga and Pilates practices to flourish.
