Job DescriptionResponsible for managing collections from Fixed customers worth 12Mn per month. This role requires engagement with various levels of functions across Vodafone and external debt collection agencies & fulfillment partners.The role should ensure collections are in line with the assigned target which aligns with DB targets. It also demands to report on the collection feedback, performance & report market insights influencing collections. The person should be well versed with MS Excel & should possess risk assessment skill set.Collection operations:Monthly AllocationWeekly & monthly reportingManaging CPE CollectionsField visits at customers and agency's locationTrouble Ticket ManagementRisk assessment & action to mitigateManaging reminder notificationsTele callingOut calling customers to collect receivablesSkip Tracing unreachable customersFeedback Reporting & AnalyticsQualificationsAt least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business AdministrationExperience in Siebel or other CRM tools would be an added advantageMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsFlexible in working hours and ready to support on weekends and holidaysReconciliation & accounting skills
