Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support commercial operations.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform decision-making.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate existing commercial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Support Commercial Operations:
  • Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies.
  • Provide support for pricing, contract management, and sales operations.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational execution.
  • System and Tools Management:
  • Maintain and update commercial systems and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within commercial databases.
  • Provide training and support to users on commercial tools and systems.
  • Project Management:
  • Participate in and manage projects related to commercial operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis.
  • Experience in the logistics, construction, or equipment rental industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with commercial systems and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP). Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau or SharePoint a big plus.
  • Experience with project management tools & systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
